Selling Dates

• Draw opens: Monday, October 5^th, 2026
• Draw closes: Monday, October 19^th, 2026 at 3:00 PM
• Draw Date: Tuesday, October 20^th at 10:00 AM. Winners will be contacted by phone.

Selling Tickets

• Tickets are $10 each
• Anyone 18 years of age or older, residing in Alberta can purchase a ticket. Winners will need I.D.
• Tickets can be purchased using this link or by sending in cash (and order form).
• Ticket Numbers will be issued the next school day to the student, who will then provide the information to the buyer
• You can send in the form and cash as often as you would like during the selling period. We will return the form to you with the ticket numbers the next school day.
• All forms and cash must be returned to the school by 3:00 PM on Monday, October 19^th, 2026

Ways to Purchase:

• Cash: Fill in the sheet that was sent home with your child and send it and the cash to your child’s teacher.
• SchoolCash: The buyer completes the form and pays online; they do not need an account. Do not fill in the order sheet.

*Fine Print

• You must be 18 years of age or older (you may not write the name of a minor on the ticket). If a minor is listed on the ticket, the ticket is void.
• You must reside in Alberta
• There are 2000 tickets available
• The draw will be held in the foyer of Holy Spirit Academy at 10 AM on Tuesday, October 20th. The draw is not open to the public.
• Winners must collect prizes or contact HSA to arrange another pickup date by November 2, 2026, or that winner is void, and a new winner will be drawn.
• This voucher is valid for one (1) roundtrip flight for two (2) guests to any regularly scheduled and marketed WestJet destination. Gift of flight vouchers are not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations' or Sunwing Vacations' packages, flights operated by codeshare partners, charters, or any interline flights.
• This voucher is limited and subject to promotional space availability of eligible fare options and flight schedule. Not all flights have promotional space.
• Fees, taxes, and surcharges are the responsibility of guests travelling and must be paid for at the time of booking with a valid credit card. Vouchers do not include optional fees such as checked baggage or cabin upgrades.
• This voucher cannot be used on some dates, including statutory holidays and peak travel dates.
• Flights must be roundtrip to/ from the same locations. All guests must travel together on the same itinerary, dates, and flights.
• All bookings and travel must be completed by Tuesday, September 7, 2027. Gift of flight vouchers cannot be extended. Additionally, changes to travel dates or guest names are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
• Bookings made with a gift of flight voucher are not eligible for paid cabin upgrades except where the option to pay for an upgrade is available.
• This voucher will become null and void if travel is cancelled once a booking is confirmed.
• The individual booking the flights must be over the age of majority in their province.
• This voucher must be taken as offered and is not redeemable for cash.
• Gift of flight vouchers cannot be sold. In the event that it has been sold, the voucher will become void, and any flight bookings made with it will be cancelled immediately without notice or reimbursement. WestJet does not handle the payment, guarantee transactions, or buyer protection or seller certification, nor will WestJet be liable for the loss of funds resulting from a fraudulent transaction.
• Guests travelling on a WestJet gift of flight voucher are not entitled to compensation amounts provided under passenger rights regimes. By redeeming the gift of flight voucher, all guests travelling agree to release, and waive all claims against, WestJet relating to any and all liability, damage, or compensation entitlement arising under Canada's Air Passenger Protection Regulations.
• WestJet is not responsible for lost or mishandled vouchers. Once a voucher has been delivered to you, you are directly responsible for it.
